1. To apply, complete the online application form available on this website. The application helps determine whether the course is the right fit for your current level and goals.
2. After submitting the application form, you will receive an email with:

Confirmation of your application Instructions for completing a mock test package (IELTS Reading, Listening and Writing)

A request to select your availability for a free 20-minute speaking evaluation on Zoom
3. Before the speaking evaluation, you will complete a short self-guided mock test in:

Reading

Listening

Writing (Task 1 & Task 2)
These tasks are completed independently, following the instructions provided in the package.
Complete a free 20-minute Speaking evaluation on Zoom.
Get your Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening score to decide whether this course is a good fit for you.
4. If the course is suitable for your level and goals, you will receive :

Your place will be confirmed once payment is completed.

The total fee for the 8-week IELTS 7+ Structured Preparation course is CAD $700.
You may choose a 2-payment option: CAD$350 at registration and CAD$350 before week 5 of the course begins.
There are no additional fees.
Course fees are refundable up to 7 days before the course start date. Once the course has started, refunds are not available, as course materials, scheduling, and group placement are finalized in advance. If a course is postponed or cancelled by the instructor, students will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future group.
If you are unsure whether this course is the right fit, you are encouraged to apply first and complete the free level check before registering.

The fee includes:

Live online classes in a small group (6–8 students)

Structured preparation for all four IELTS skills

Focused work on Writing Tasks 1 & 2, Reading/ Listening strategies, and Speaking coherence

Individual feedback during the course

Mock speaking tests and guided exam practice

After you submit the application form, you will be invited to a free 20-minute online speaking placement test with the instructor. This helps confirm your current IELTS level and ensures the course is the right fit for you.
This is not an official IELTS test. It is an informal, structured speaking assessment based on IELTS Speaking Parts 1, 2, and 3.
The speaking test allows the instructor to:

Confirm that your level is suitable for a 7.0+ preparation group

Identify your strengths and areas to improve

Place you in a group where all students benefit from a similar level and pace.
This helps keep groups balanced and effective.

These evaluations are designed for students who:

Are preparing for IELTS independently

Want professional feedback without joining a full course

Need to understand their current band level and next steps

You do not need to be enrolled in a group course to use these services.

Please note that these evaluations are not official IELTS exams. They are professional assessments based on IELTS band descriptors and examiner-style criteria.
There is also an additional group class available called Grammar for IELTS and Communication as a separate bi-weekly class.

All students are expected to attend each class to ensure proper progress and goal achievement.
There are no make-up classes in case of missed class.
